Responsibilities
Manage incoming event enquiries and oversee the transition to the operations team
Coordinate and communicate event details with customers and internal teams
Sales strategy development for event space
Lead and develop team members
Ensure compliance with hotel regulations and health & safety legislation
Qualifications
Proven track record in a similar role within a hotel environment
Experience in coaching and developing team members
