Job Description

Join our client, a well-established contractor in the UK, as a Contracts Manager for major Water & Civils projects. Responsible for financial monitoring, ensuring compliance, and achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and program projects to avoid delays
  • Manage procurement and reconciliation of materials
  • Ensure site team compliance with commercial policies
  • Attend tender handover and pre-start meetings
  • Produce progress reports and forecasts
  • Engage subcontractors and manage risks
  • Review CVRs, progress, and budget resources regularly
  • Ensure ITPs are produced

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in civil/water projects
  • Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and design management
  • Experience with MS Projects and NEC contract
  • SMSTS and CSCS card required
  • Pre-Qualification and Tendering experience
  • CEng MICE or equivalent (Desirable)
  • NEBOSH construction certificate (Desirable)
