Responsibilities

Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
Lead and develop team members through performance reviews and meetings
Recruit new team members and coach other managers in the recruitment process
Handle operational tasks and ensure efficient workflows
Optimize processes and ensure premium customer service

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of branch management experience
2-4 years in sales and customer service
Proven experience in team development
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent leadership and communication skills
