Job Description

CBRE is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide comprehensive financial reporting and control for a UK business unit within the Data Centre Solutions sector. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

Accurate reporting of financials for the business unit
Completion of month-end close activities and reconciliations
Creation of forecasts and budgets
Variance analysis and reporting
Ensuring financial ERP setup reflects contracts accurately
Supporting operational teams in finance-related matters
Managing audit requests and SOX compliance controls
Ad-hoc financial reporting
Managing UBR and aged debt effectively
Identifying and implementing innovations
Building relationships and effective communication
Supporting clients with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft, TM1, PowerBI, Coupa
Finance degree or equivalent (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, discreet, and able to work under pressure
Flexible to work outside core office hours
