Experienced Human Resources Advisor providing advice and guidance to managers, supporting employee lifecycle, and handling HR administrative tasks.
Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and related issues. Managing absence records and providing general People & Culture administrative support. Assisting with onboarding process and maintaining accurate records.
CIPD level 3 qualification or studying towards it. Experience in HR administration/Advisory and managing complex ER cases. Ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels and experience with Time and Attendance and HRIS platforms.
