Responsibilities

Collaborate with delivery team to understand client and user needs
Design appropriate solutions and refine scope and requirements
Produce various artefacts including Process Flows, Customer journey maps, User Stories
Assist in preparing for assurance and quality gates

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in Agile Delivery teams
Experience as a BA investigating, assimilating, and analyzing different needs
Skills in stakeholder management and building relationships
Experience working with Product Owners and grooming product backlog
