Job Description

Join Card Factory as a Senior Merchandise Planning Manager to cover maternity leave. Drive business objectives to maximize sales while protecting profit across OMNI channels.

Responsibilities

Manage stock, critical path, deliveries, and markdown plans.
Work closely with Buying and Design teams to plan and trade ranges.
Create appropriate sale strategy & tactics to suit trading conditions.
Lead weekly departmental trade meetings.

Qualifications

Demonstrate commercial and financial awareness.
Proven track record in a merchandising role including multi-channel experience.
Strong communicator with networker skills.
Experience in team management and mentoring.
