Join Grandir UK as a Room Leader at our College Town nursery in Sandhurst. Provide professional leadership to staff and maintain high standards of care and education.

Responsibilities

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Support and supervise playroom staff
Ensure effective implementation of nursery procedures
Provide feedback to parents/carers
Promote the nursery to current and potential customers
Develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers

Qualifications

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) knowledge
Experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership skills
Effective communication abilities
