Job Description

Are you passionate about motoring and cycling? Halfords is looking for Customer Services Advisors with excellent customer service skills and a love for cars and bikes. Training provided for car parts and cycle repair.

Responsibilities

Fit car parts and perform cycle repairs
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store
Provide a range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales and customer service
Proactive approach to helping customers
Problem-solving skills
