Job Description

Are you an experienced educator with a passion for supporting both students and teachers? We are looking for a Cover Supervisor interested in flexible work opportunities in the Tunbridge Wells area.

Responsibilities

Supervise students in the absence of their class teacher, ensuring a safe, focused, and productive environment.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities to students across different age groups.
Manage classroom behaviour efficiently while supporting students' learning.
Ensure all lesson materials and resources are organised and easily accessible.
Provide constructive feedback on student progress.

Qualifications

A degree is essential.
Experience in education (previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred).
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students while creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and work with different year groups.
