Job Description

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Deputy Manager for Musselburgh Nature Kindergarten in Scotland. The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Nursery Manager, supervise staff, ensure high-quality childcare, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and ensure high-quality childcare
Communicate with parents and uphold health and safety regulations
Manage administrative duties and promote teamwork
Support overall nursery management

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
Previous leadership experience
Passion for childcare and education
