Job Description

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Room Leader for their childcare setting in Falkirk, Scotland. The successful candidate will lead a team of nursery practitioners to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with the daily operation of the nursery
Lead a team of nursery practitioners
Ensure delivery of high-quality care and education for children
Create a nurturing environment for children to thrive

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
Previous experience as a Qualified Practitioner
