Join us as a Guest Experience Manager at The Bicester Collection and be part of creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. You will oversee guest services, manage daily operations, and ensure top-notch standards are maintained.
Implement and deliver processes, monitor standards, and manage budgets.
Source supplies and deliver training to guest-facing teams.
Ensure smooth daily operations and manage key guest facilities.
Open and close the Village, plan events, and provide excellent service.
Oversee team rotas, ensure full staffing, and liaise with suppliers.
Support business plans through team briefings, training, and feedback.
Lead and support during meetings and events.
Coordinate with departments and third parties to ensure timely plan delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues.
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in premium/luxury retail or hospitality.
Strong customer service and hospitality understanding.
Ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams.
Strong cultural awareness; fluency in English (other languages a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and competent in preparing briefings and reports.
