Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join the Sales & Marketing team at Nuffield Health Guildford and Woking Hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key first point of contact for patients, consultants, GPs and medical secretaries.
  • Support self-pay and insured patient journeys.
  • Produce high-quality self-pay quotes and manage referrals efficiently.
  • Assist with day-to-day capacity, cancellations, and appointment slot optimization.
  • Support sales reporting, KPI tracking, and local marketing campaign delivery.
  • Work collaboratively within the wider Sales & Marketing, Bookings, and Business Admin teams.

Qualifications
