Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join the Sales & Marketing team at Nuffield Health Guildford and Woking Hospitals.

Responsibilities

Be a key first point of contact for patients, consultants, GPs and medical secretaries.
Support self-pay and insured patient journeys.
Produce high-quality self-pay quotes and manage referrals efficiently.
Assist with day-to-day capacity, cancellations, and appointment slot optimization.
Support sales reporting, KPI tracking, and local marketing campaign delivery.
Work collaboratively within the wider Sales & Marketing, Bookings, and Business Admin teams.

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles preferred.
Proficiency in systems such as Salesforce or willingness to learn CRM platforms.
