Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to cover a maternity leave period of 12-14 months. Fully onsite role based in Warrington, Cheshire.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Divisional Managers with recruitment and staff development
  • Maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Monitoring and driving employee engagement
  • Managing investigations and complex employee relations issues
  • Mentoring HR Assistant

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • 5+ years post qualification experience in a senior HR role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
