Job Description

Join SII Group as an IT Support Engineer to provide user support for a large user base working with a new PLM/PDM toolset in a multi-national context.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the use of PTC's Windchill PLM Software
Resolve user technical tool issues in a timely manner
Deliver formal training and coaching sessions
Support the creation and update of processes affected by the implementation
Offer guidance to ensure optimal user performance
Carry out various business software administration tasks
Provide technical support input for future tool developments

Qualifications

Experience in IT user support environment
Knowledge of Engineering related PDM/PLM functions
Strong communication skills
Ability to deliver training
Team player with problem-solving skills
