Seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a Palestinian-Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in Stalybridge.

Responsibilities

Ensure a world-class guest experience with warm, attentive service.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
Manage weekly staff rotas, time-off requests, and shift cover.
Support smooth delivery of private events and seasonal activations.
