Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. Research, plan, and collaborate with the SDR and marketing team to create outreach campaigns for target accounts. Lead discovery conversations with HR and Reward teams.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a 360 or closing role with enterprise accounts. Proven experience selling a consultative solution. Track record of selling into long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
