Job Description

Spotless Environment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team of cleaning professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 20 cleaning professionals.
Develop and implement shift schedules for operational coverage.
Oversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address concerns.
Monitor supplies and generate reports on team performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with scheduling and timesheet processing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software.
