Analyze data to identify trends and irregularities related to loss or shrinkage
Prepare regular reports for senior management
Recommend and implement preventative strategies in collaboration with other departments
Monitor systems and processes for compliance and efficiency
Support investigations into loss incidents

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Strong computer literacy and ability to use various business software
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in retail, logistics, or security is a plus
