Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational strategy and execution at NECIT Services. The role involves driving efficiency, quality, and profitability while maintaining compliance with UKAS accreditation and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the Profit and Loss Account (P&L) and monthly reporting of business KPIs.
Overseeing all employees, resource management, and driving continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with UKAS accreditation and ISO standards, developing SOPs, and leading risk management initiatives.
Implementing lean systems, automation, and digital transformation strategies for process efficiency.
Maintaining stakeholder and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications

Degree-level qualifications in engineering or business management.
5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership roles.
Knowledge of P&L management, strong people leadership skills, and negotiation abilities.
Data-driven decision-making approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
