Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities within the lubricants division, focusing on market penetration and customer connections.

Responsibilities

Manage field sales activities in the lubricants division.
Ensure timely completion of sales targets.
Work with customer service team to implement sales strategies.
Track and report on sales performance.
Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Provide leadership to junior staff.
Assist in process improvements and new initiatives.
Support additional operational tasks.

Qualifications

Field sales experience in B2B environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of lubricants or industrial maintenance industry.
