Job Description

Experienced System Administrator required for an office based role supporting the AMPA programme and specifically fulfilling contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure facilities required by the AMPA team are available and maintained
Provide internal system help desk support
Maintain schedule of work associated with the administration and maintenance of facilities
Undertake System Administration tasks
Monitor and report on environment performance
Manage environment to maintain performance and availability
Back up and restore data in case of loss
Work within AMPA Quality Management System (QMS)
Provide Licensing support as required

Qualifications

Minimum SC clearance
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Server suites
Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems
Experience with VMware and VEEAM backups
Experience with SQL Databases
Experience with TCP/IP & Static Networking
