Join our team at The Penny Black, a vibrant town pub in the heart of Leatherhead. We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and create delicious seasonal menus using the best British produce.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
Create seasonal menus and daily specials
Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety
Drive sales and growth through team engagement

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Passion for leading and developing a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creativity in menu design and dish development
