AWS Premium Support Business Development Manager role focused on driving the go-to-market strategy for AWS Premium Support offerings, optimizing support solutions, and accelerating AWS platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Engage customers, partners, and field teams to understand customer value and pain points in adopting Enterprise Support Services.
Lead the adoption and expansion of support solutions for media streaming and non-media streaming customers.
Analyze data to drive strategy, ROI analysis, and commercial innovation.
Develop sales collateral, training programs, and pilot new support offerings.
Support end-to-end deal execution for Enterprise Support Services.

Qualifications

6+ years of business agreement experience.
6+ years of professional or military experience.
6+ years of experience in organizational strategy.
Bachelor's degree.
