Responsibilities

Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
Managing culinary and catering teams
Overseeing catering operations and budgets
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards

Qualifications

Previous management experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Basic Food Hygiene certificate
