Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail assistants
Ensure smooth operation of retail outlets
Support Retail Manager in driving sales performance
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assist with staff training and development
Monitor product displays and stock levels
Ensure compliance with procedures
Coordinate stock replenishments and promotions

Qualifications

Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for customer service
