Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 50+ staff on the night shift
Ensure health and safety standards are met
Drive operational KPIs and GMP standards
Liaise with internal functions for smooth operations

Qualifications

Experience in managing large teams in a warehouse setting
Knowledge of Automated Fulfilment in FMCG
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Computer literacy and problem-solving abilities
