Responsibilities

Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events.
Recruit, develop, train, and supervise a team of fitness professionals.
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym.

Qualifications

L2 qualification in gym instructing.
Experience teaching group exercise.
Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
Desire to create a positive work environment for team members and gym members.
