Job Description

SGK, a global packaging and brand experience company, is seeking a proactive Colour Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be client-focused and responsible for managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for ColourLab and ColourHub accounts
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Monitor PQM progress and manage client expectations
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Address client inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Provide Print supplier audits and training on PQM platforms
  • Work with Product Owner team to develop ColourHub platform

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial focus
