Job Description

Flutes is seeking a freelance hospitality manager to oversee the delivery and execution of events at various iconic venues in London and outside. The ideal candidate must have a passion for food and events.

Responsibilities

Overseeing opening and closing procedures at events
Delivering team briefs and maintaining standards
Ensuring food and beverage requirements are met
Working with planning team for seamless transitions
Enforcing health and safety requirements
Motivating and encouraging exceptional service

Qualifications

At least 3 years experience in a management role in hospitality
Front of house management experience
Strong eye for detail and presentation
Excellent customer handling skills
