Job Description

The Key Account Advisor at Cloudfm is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operational performance of client accounts. They serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, queries, and issues, ensuring timely resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key client contacts
Deal with client queries and day-to-day issues affecting operations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Monitor operational performance and identify issues
Assist in identifying improvements and future opportunities for client accounts
Support Account Manager with reports and projects
Set up new users and sites on Cloud systems
Maintain and update client information in relevant systems
Attend client meetings and site visits
