Job Description

Support, develop, and provide focus for team members to meet performance expectations and ensure SLAs are consistently met in the Vetting Unit.

Responsibilities

Support Head of Vetting for timely delivery of vetting services
Supervise vetting regime for assessing potential threats
Coordinate threat, risk, and harm decisions on vetting applications
Develop and manage the Police National Vetting Service
Represent Vetting Unit at vetting Appeal Panels

Qualifications

Educated to A Level with vetting Supervisory qualification
Significant knowledge of vetting processes and relevant Legislation & Guidance
Experience in vetting Case Office and risk management
