Job Description

Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven First Line Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at East Midlands Gateway.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership of the warehouse control tower
Coordinate processes and daily business planning
Be the first point of contact for process and technical faults
Identify optimization potential and initiate corrective measures
Ensure SLA compliance and operational project implementation
Participate in resource planning and team management

Qualifications

Experience with computerized systems, ideally SAP
Experience in FMCG environment
Reliability, time management, and organization skills
Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate teams
Good communication and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
