Job Description

Join our Legal Services team at DHL Group to provide legal counsel, mitigate risks, and protect business interests in alignment with UK laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage DHL Employment Tribunal Claims (Respondent)
Conduct advocacy for preliminary hearings
Provide comprehensive legal support in managing employment tribunal claims
Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders on tribunal matters
Correspond with employment tribunal service and relevant parties
Implement legal processes and procedures aligned with business objectives
Support litigation, arbitration, mediation, or disputes involving legal authorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
UK-qualified solicitor
Minimum 3 years PQE as an employment law solicitor
Experience in an in-house legal role preferred
Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills
