Responsibilities

Regularly visit stores to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Mentor and support Store Managers in team management and performance improvement
Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards
Create a conducive work environment based on Leadership & Company Principles

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading teams across multiple sites
Ability to analyze reports, implement strategies, and evaluate initiatives
Drive to learn and adapt to evolving business dynamics
Effective communication skills
UK Driving License
