Join Alstom as a Team Leader in Mansfield, providing hands-on supervision and leadership to meet agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support Ops Manager
Communicate Company goals, Safety practices and Deadlines to team
Motivate team members and assess performance
Provide assistance to Ops manager and keep updated on team performance
Encourage team members and identify areas for new training or skill checks
Complete required company documentation
Collaborate and communicate with other departments
Attend required meetings

Qualifications

Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
Technical knowledge of electronics and work procedures
Well organised, efficient, logical thinking and able to communicate at all levels
Safety driven and adhere to ALSTOM policies
Self-motivated and a good team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
