Job Description

The Senior Reablement Worker supports individuals in their homes to regain independence, increase confidence, and learn new skills. The role involves providing person-centered care in various aspects of personal care and daily living.

Responsibilities

Visit individuals in their homes to introduce the service and plan personalized support
Help individuals regain independence through reablement approach
Provide dignified and respectful support in personal care, meal preparation, and medication

Qualifications

Passion for providing care and helping individuals live independently
Ability to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 10pm
Full driving license and access to a car
