Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as an Entry-level In-House Recruiter. Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across various roles.

Responsibilities

Agree sourcing strategies for each role approved
Create an advert and publish on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
Proactively target passive candidates using LinkedIn recruiter
Manage the application process via our ATS, ensuring hiring managers are presented with strong candidates
Book and manage the interview process ensuring the selection process is appropriate
Build relationships with Senior Management team to provide recruitment solutions
Provide support and guidance to the wider HR team

Qualifications

Previous administration experience desired
Exceptional communication skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Team player
Fluency in English is essential
Additional languages welcomed
