Join Travis Perkins Hire as a Hire Manager at our Shaftesbury Dorset branch. Lead, motivate, and inspire a dynamic team while exceeding sales targets and driving success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales action plan to exceed budget performance
Support the integration of Hire services into the wider Travis Perkins branch
Lead and supervise a team of 16 employees
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and ready for customer use
Provide top-notch customer service and upsell to boost sales

Qualifications

Prior experience in tool hire, plant hire, or leadership role preferred
Sales or customer service experience beneficial
Strong leadership skills
Focus on safety and proactive mindset
