Job Description

As a Store Leader in our Sutton Coldfield store, you'll lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service, meet business objectives, and create a working environment that helps colleagues develop and achieve.

Responsibilities

Guiding and engaging team to deliver excellent standards and results
Reviewing trading plan with Cluster Manager and setting key actions and priorities
Creating a culture of learning, support, and recognition
Sharing knowledge of the local environment to maximize opportunities

Qualifications

Recent retail leadership experience
Knowledge of KPIs such as ATV and TPC
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
Experience in employee training and development
