Job Description

Join us as a Customer Service Assistant at BoyleSports in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with shop operations, and maintaining high standards throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily shop operations
Manage shop operations in the absence of Managers
Accept and process customer bets accurately
Maintain shop presentation standards
Adhere to safety, compliance, and shop operations procedures

Qualifications

Customer service focused
Great attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Industry/Retail experience welcomed
