The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Global Head of HR Operations in a fast-paced environment within the GBS team at Informa. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and independence.

Responsibilities

Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones. Book travel, arrange meetings, organize events, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team.

Qualifications
