Job Description

Join us as a Process Shift Supervisor at our Poplars Anaerobic Digestion plant in Cannock. You will be responsible for efficiently organizing and supervising the operation of the plant ensuring health & safety compliance, environmental standards, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Efficiently organize and supervise the operation of the anaerobic digestion plant
Maintain health & safety and environmental compliance
Maximize operational productivity and plant performance
Monitor and control all resources within the plant
Provide accurate records of plant operations and stoppages

Qualifications

Experience as a Process Supervisor in a waste treatment plant
Strong people and health & safety management skills
Understanding of waste industry laws
Proven track record of meeting service delivery KPIs
