Job Description

Join Brompton, a global leader in folding bicycle manufacturing, as a Senior Metrology Engineer. Provide metrology support to key departments, conduct verification activities, and manage calibration services.

Responsibilities

Creation, maintenance & control of programs for CMM controlled metrology equipment
Verification of components and sub-assemblies to manufacturing documentation
Understanding GD&T and implementing it
Conducting MSA, Gauge R&R activities
Assisting in designing jigs and fixtures
Managing calibration and service of metrology equipment

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of GD&T
Experience with Gauge R&R / MSA activities
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Education: HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
