Job Description

Join our expanding Customer Service team at Ford Fuels, a family run fuel and lubricant distribution business. Work in an office-based position, handling fuel orders, payments, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls to take fuel orders
Raise tickets for fuel orders and process them for delivery
Handle payments over the phone
Direct calls to relevant departments
Process group orders and transfer tickets to other depots
Assist with internal communication and cover additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good administrative and organizational abilities
Familiarity with IT systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
