Job Description

Join Jewson in Inverness as an Assistant Branch Manager to support a team of 8 in branch. Work with a team that proactively supports customers in every way possible and develop your career within the Building Merchants industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the team to deliver success
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice
Support plans for sales growth
Ensure Health & Safety is a priority for the team

Qualifications

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Experience in Builders Merchant or Construction Supply business a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
