Job Description

Seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Security Supervisor to oversee operational activities of the Solutions Mobile team. This role involves monitoring and ensuring all duties are carried out competently and as contracted, maintaining welfare, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

Effective management of a team of officers to achieve high service and safety standards
Motivating the team to meet planned targets and deadlines
Continual improvement of operating procedures
Ensure legislative compliance for all driver related Health & Safety issues
Completion of shift reports and tracking of KPIs
Internal and external stakeholder communication

Qualifications

SIA Front Line Licence
Manual Driving Licence
Supervisory level experience
People-centric leader with culture change experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Organisational skills and commitment to delivering quality
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
