Job Description

As the Sales Leader at Tesla in Cambridge, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with store leadership and operations to drive business performance and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store leadership to communicate and execute the vision and business needs
Coach, train, and develop Sales Advisors
Analyze data and track progress
Ensure team is set up to execute on key sales objectives
Manage customer escalations effectively
Coach and mentor staff, provide feedback and input on performance

Qualifications

Strong sales performance and understanding of business and products
Track record of coaching and mentoring sales or operational roles
Excellent communication skills
Valid UK driver's license
