Job Description

Brown & Brown, a modern architecture studio in Aboyne, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Aberdeenshire.

Responsibilities

Contribute meaningfully to the creative process working with other members of the practice.
Be responsible for the production of technical packages.
Head up projects during construction, including regular site attendance.
Contribution to the technical competency of the practice.

Qualifications

Chartered (CIAT) status preferred.
Track record of technical competency.
Keen eye for detailing and excellent construction knowledge.
A good understanding of building regulations.
Experience of JCT (SBCC) contract administration.
Proficiency in Vectorworks would be an advantage.
Full UK Driving License.
